• You are not an afterthought!  Renting tuxedos has been our primary concern for over 43 years.  You can actually try your tuxedo on, not just pick it out of a catalogue and hope that it fits when you get it. 
  

The proper fit and finish of your rental brings out the best in whatever style you choose. When you rent a SCERBO FORMAL, you "buy" a tuxedo for a day, tailored to fit as if it was taken from your own closet.

We realize that tradition is important. And we are also aware that the twenty-first century brings with it yet another fashion era, which means our customers have different expectations from that of the past.

Our company still seeks, as always, to provide elegance with comfort. A SCERBO FORMAL must reflect superior taste, while acknowledging the movement of fashion; it has never over-emphasized the details of styling.

We have outlined the following procedures to ease you into the process of reserving your tuxedos.

• First things first; once you have her hand in an upcoming marriage, it is then time to put some thought into choosing the "Best-Man" for the job.
  
  
• The Sooner The Better; we recommend that as soon as you have chosen your wedding attendants, the next thing on the to-do list for you and your Best-Man is to make an appointment to reserve your tuxedos.
  
  
• We sincerely suggest one of the following; either yourself and your Bride come in for an appointment, yourself and your Best-Man, or the three of you, but not the whole wedding party. Reason being is that there is no doubt about it; not everyone likes the same things. You'll probably be persuaded to make decisions that you otherwise would not have made if you didn't have everyone's critique.
  
  
• Once the decision has been made as to your styles of choice, you simply supply us with all the names of your wedding party, including ring-bearers, ushers, fathers, grandfathers, and master of ceremonies, if applicable. A deposit will be required to hold your reservation order. You will be given a "Wedding Summary" outlining the key dates for you to follow-up on.
  
  
• A file, referred to in your name (the groom) is created. You would then advise your wedding party members to stop in at their convenience but not later than 8 weeks before your wedding day, to get measured. The whole process for them at this point only takes 5 to 10 minutes and an appointment is not required. If you have out of town attendants, we will supply you with a form that can be taken to a formalwear specialist or tailor shop closest to where they live. • You could have up to 3 fittings, the first being your initial measurements, second, the week of your wedding you will actually try your tuxedo on (you will be contacted anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks prior to wedding to set up a final fitting appointment). This will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes. If your tuxedo fits perfectly, you can take it with you that day. Should you require some minor alterations, we'll ask that you come back Friday to pick up. If major alterations have to be done, we would ask that you try on once more before taking it home.
